Payment Terms

Courses

Some Wellnets courses are included in memberships, while others are sold separately. Course pages provide details like pricing, access duration, and start dates.

Payments are non-refundable. Partial use or unviewed content is not reimbursed.

Membership

Your membership continues until canceled. A valid payment method is required. If you do not cancel before the billing date, you authorize Wellnets to charge your payment method for the next period.

We may offer different membership plans, which may have specific terms disclosed during registration or elsewhere.

Free Trials

Your membership may start with a free trial, as defined during registration. Eligibility is determined by Wellnets and may depend on factors like device ID or email. Abuse may result in suspension. If not canceled before trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically.

Billing and Cancellation

Membership fees are charged on the billing date using your chosen payment method. Billing dates may vary based on your signup date or payment failures.

You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts. If payment fails, access may be suspended until a valid method is charged.

Some payment providers may apply additional fees. Local taxes may vary by method.

You can cancel anytime and still access content until the current billing period ends. Refunds are not issued for unused months or content.

To cancel, go to “My Account” > “Memberships” > “Cancel Subscription.” Your account will close at the end of the billing period.

Wellnets may update pricing or terms, with changes taking effect no sooner than 30 days after notice is given via email.
