Courses

Wellnet offers a wide range of courses. Some of the courses are included in Wellnet memberships but most can be purchased as separate products. For courses sold as of separate products, you will find all the necessary information on the course introduction page in the Wellnet online store, such as price, expiration date and start date.

Course fees are non-refundable and partially used courses or unwatched Wellnet content will not be refunded.

Membership

Your Wellnet membership will continue until cancelled. Use of the Wellnet service requires a network connection. "The method of payment" means current, valid, accepted payment methods, which may be updated from time to time and which may include payment of the third party through an account provided by you. If you do not cancel your membership before the billing date, you authorize Wellnet to charge the membership fee for the following billing period using the payment method youprovided.

We may offer various membership agreements. Some membership agreements may contain different terms and restrictions, which will be announced when you register for the Service or through other communications means available to you.

Free trials

Your Wellnet membership may start with a free trial. The duration of the free trial included in your membership will be determined upon registration. The purpose of the free trial is to offer new and certain old members the opportunity to try the service.

Wellnet grants the right to a free trial at its sole discretion and may limit the use or duration of the free trial to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to suspend a free trial and use of your account if we find that you are not eligible for a free trial. Eligibility for the free trial can be determined, for example, by the device ID, payment method, or email address associated with your current or old Wellnet membership.

We will charge your payment method using the next billing period membership fee at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel your membership before the end of that trial period.

Billing and Cancellation

The Wellnet membership fee will be charged using your payment method on the stated billing date. The length of your billing period depends on the order you selected when you registered for the service. For example, the payment date may change if your chosen payment method fails or your paid membership begins on a calendar day that is not available in all months. You can check the next payment date on the Wellnet website by clicking on your page settings.

To use the Wellnet services, you must add one or more payment methods. You authorize us to debit any form of payment associated with your account in the event that your primary form of payment fails or is no longer available to pay for your subscription. You are still responsible for any outstanding payments. If the charge fails because the card is not valid, there are insufficient funds available, or for any other reason, and you do not cancel the account, we may suspend your use of the service until the valid payment method is successfully charged. Some payment method providers may charge, for example, cross-border payment processing fees or other fees associated with processing a payment method. Local taxes may vary depending on the payment method used.

You can update your form of payment information on the My Account page. We may also update your payment method information with the information provided by payment service providers. As a result of the upgrade, you authorize us to continue debiting the payment method(s) in question.

You can cancel your Wellnet membership at any time and after the cancellation, you can use the Wellnet service until the end of the already paid billing period. Payments will not be refunded, and partially used membership months or unwatched Wellnet content will not be refunded. To cancel your membership, follow the instructions on the My Account page. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of the current billing period.

Wellnet may change subscription agreements and the price of the service from time to time. Any changes to your prices or subscription agreements will take effect no earlier than 30 days after you are notified of the change.
